Come Ready To Create
- Send instrumentals, scripts, references, or project files to TTST at least 2 hours before your session so setup can be reviewed before you travel to the studio
- Bring lyrics, notes, scripts, talking points, or creative direction
- No smoking or drinking during the session
- No weapons are allowed inside the studio
- For client safety, all sessions include off-duty police surveillance
- Bring water and anything needed to stay comfortable
- Respect the session time, studio environment, and creative workflow
- TTST will end the session if a client is too intoxicated to work professionally, and the session will be deemed non-refundable.
Late Arrival / No-Show Policy
- Session time begins at the scheduled start time
- Late arrival does not extend the session
- Communicate with TTST before or during any delay
- Without communication, arriving with less than 75% of booked time remaining may be deemed a no-show
- No-shows are non-refundable
- TTST may cancel, shorten, or end the session if the remaining time is not enough for productive professional work
- Communicated delays may be reviewed at TTST’s discretion based on session length, remaining time, studio availability, and project needs
Threshold examples without communication: 1-hour session = 15+ minutes late; Half-Day / 5 hours = 1 hour 15 minutes+ late; Whole-Day / 10 hours = 2 hours 30 minutes+ late. 3-Day Blocks are applied per scheduled day/block.

The better the prep, the smoother the session. TTST accepts instrumentals, scripts, stems, demos, references, notes, and full project/session files. Send the highest-quality files available at least 2 hours before your session so TTST can review the setup, protect your booked time, and keep the creative workflow moving professionally.
